Our Waters

River Thames

Our stretch of the River Thames runs from “Murdoch’s Ditch” by The Roundhouse near Inglesham, downstream all the way through Lechlade, beyond St. Johns Lock, along Bloomers Field, passed Buscot Lock and Weir to the 2nd concrete blockhouse………a long walk !!!!

The river contains a variety of species. Including, Barbel, Chub, Bream, Pike, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Dace and Eels.

Parking is available in The Trout Pub, Lechlade. Just ensure that you leave your membership book on view in the windscreen.

 

Roughgrounds Lake

The lake is located on the edge of Lechlade on Thames opposite Horseshoe Lake.

A mixed fishery containing a good head of Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Pike.
